Who are Maboutique?

We are a UK Based company, and own two shops selling exclusively Gerard Darel collection. We are an affiliated partner to the main Gerard Darel house based in Paris.

We are fully independent and stocking an extensive range of the Gerard Darel  collection

Are the products genuine Gerard Darel?

Yes.  All our clothes, accessories and bags are genuine Gerard Darel, and come directly from Paris.

What is the returns’ policy?

A full refund will be given if goods are returned within seven days of receipt of purchase.   Goods should be in their original condition, unworn, with tags intact, shoes in their original box.

Will I be taxed on my purchase?

If the purchase is made from outside the European Union, you will not be charged the VAT.  You may be subject to  tax when importing in your country, please check with the relevant authorities.

What are the size you stock?

The clothe can vary from 36 to 46 (French sizing )

What are the measurements of a particular garment?

Delivery – How long does it take and how much does it cost?

We deliver goods worldwide and charge a flat rate for each delivery.

UK delivery: £7.95

Europe: £19.95

Rest of the world £24.95

China/SE Asia/Australia £29.95

Delivery charges are non refundable

We deliver goods between Monday and Friday. No weekend deliveries.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

UK: Next day delivery

Europe: 3 days

Rest of the world: 4-5 days

China/SE Asia/ Australia: 5 days

Can I order things out of stock?

We can place orders for you with our Paris head office for items from the current collection.  This service usually takes 2-3 weeks from date of order.

Will my details be secure with MaBoutique?

All our customer’s details are kept secure.  We never share your information with a third party.  Financial details are not stored.

Do you store any payment information?

We don’t store any payment information and will have to provide your cards details each time, unless you use other means of payment such as Paypal
